Is Tahoua Import really FairTrade?
Tahoua Import is WFTO-certified (World Fair Trade Organisation). The WFTO regularly carries out local audits to check whether we are trading FairTrade.

Do you also have a physical wholesaler that I can visit?
That is certainly possible! We have a showroom in the FairPlaza shopping centre in Culemborg (Netherlands).

Can I also pick up my order at FairPlaza?
Yes, that is certainly possible! At checkout there will be an option 'pick up at FairPlaza'.
In this scenario, shipping is free but the products must be paid for at checkout.
I see sold out manufacturer on the website with the text 'pre-order'. What is this?
A pre-order product is a product that is currently on its way from Africa to the Netherlands. These products will arrive within 3 months and often even sooner.
If you see one or more products that you would like to reserve, you can email info@tahoua.nl or send an app to (number will follow). It is useful to mention the SKU number of the product in the email/app.
Please note: When placing a pre-order, a deposit must be paid.
I am a consumer, can I buy something from you?
No, that is not possible. Tahoua Import is a wholesaler.
We recommend that you visit a sales outlet near you (for example a world shop) or see if the product can be found at www.zawadinamar.nl .
